Yellow Ground is one of the most useable of our yellows, sitting between the seemingly citrusy tones of Citron and the creamier pared back tone of Sudbury Yellow. It creates a happy, sunny, stimulating space in any light without being overpowering in colour. White & Light Tones Undercoat.

looks great with grey I chose this colour for my bathroom and found it covered well and adds a rich warmth to the grey chalk paint I have used on the wood work. It looks great on my bath too. 16 December 2014
Best paint I've ever used. As a newcomer to this paint I was delighted to have discovered a product that delivered on all levels; great colour; easy application; and a great finish. Would happily recommend. 12 December 2014
Love it! Love this product, colour perfect for my sitting room, easy to use, depth of colour brilliant. Would recommend to anyone. 09 April 2014
Gorgeous colour Wanted yellow colour that was not custard or lemon colour. This is just perfect. Name of paint gives no indication of colour. Took a chance and really pleased. Warm but not overly bright. Looks sophisticated in my bathroom with white bathroom suite and white tiles with mosiac tiles in bronze/gold/yellow/brown. Had real difficulty making a decision on colour for walls but as stated this is perfect. The 2nd coat gave real depth of colour. No other manufacturer gives has this range of colours. Would definitely recommend. My only issue is buying at local DIY shops is difficult as range of colours is poor. Ordered online and colour not in stock and wait times not known so had to go direct. This is why only gave 4 stars as it cost £4 more to go direct, how does that work? 24 January 2014
A superb shade I chose this colour to paint a wooden shelf in order to match it to a stripe in a wallpaper. The paint goes on beautifully, giving a delicious warm, not sharp, lemon shade. It is a great accent colour and would, I imagine, be brilliant in a modern kitchen with black appliances. 12 September 2013
