Strong White 5 5 32 32
Beautiful finish Just love the quality & finish of Farrow & Ball paints September 12, 2014
Calming Living Room Was looking to replace regular white to give loft style living room (high ceiling) a little more colour without coming out too dark. I felt this was a bit of a risk, as in contrast to white, my sample square looked quite dark. HOwever, I needn't have worried: the overall effect is very warm and calming, and contrasts well with Elephant's Breath on skirting. September 9, 2014
Great colour Lovely nuance to this colour which works very well with a newly fitted kitchen. I would recommend Farrow and Ball colours which are unlike those of other manufacturers . I have used other colours and finishes and have always been impressed. August 28, 2014
Brilliant colour that would complement any room design I have used this paint colour with Print Room Yellow and Rectory Red and it is brilliant with both colours August 8, 2014
a lovely grey white I need a white to go with my white metro tiles in my monochrome bathroom, teamed it with Mole’s Breath for the wood work, bathroom is south facing. Used the modern emulsion for walls and also the Estate Eggshell for the door August 5, 2014
Palest grey In isolation this looks almost white, but once put against pure white it is clearly reasonably grey. We bought this as an alternative to Ammonite which seemed a little too dark to use on sloping walls in an eaves room. This is lovely. Used against Wevet on the ceilings and Manor House Grey on the feature wall it is an overall subtle and soothing scheme. June 11, 2014
Not a sign of weakness Rarely in the world of white has there been a white so strong May 29, 2014
A restful greyish white I have used this colour on the walls of two west facing rooms. One is in a dining room against a white fireplace surround and alcove shelves which means the colour appears to be a very true and clean pale grey. I am delighted as there is enough contrast to make the white woodwork stand out. The other room is a bedroom where all the woodwork (including a fireplace surround and a small fitted wardrobe) is painted in Pigeon. With no white in this room as a contrast, Strong White is a wonderfully restful and classy off-white. I absolutely love the results and it was well worth the extra money. In both rooms, the colour is painted onto lining paper which I think usually results in a slightly different shade to what it would be on plasterwork. May 16, 2014

A bright, clean white when used with dark colours. Or if used with light colours it becomes cool. White & Light Tones Undercoat.
