If you love Railings but want a little more hue this is your colour. A perfect backdrop for many accent colours including mustard, gold, cinnamon and spice. It's great for complimenting pattern too and modern emulsion works brilliantly in eggshell of the same colour. Extremely pleased with Stiffkey Blue, works fabulously during the day in our well lit room and is equally as stunning at night lit by lamps giving an intimate cosy feel to our high- ceilinged lounge.

Stunning deep colour
I used this on my living room , which is quite small. I went away from the theory of staying with light colours for small places and so pleased I did. The colour is so deep and changes depending on the light and time of day. I used the dark tones undercoat and really pleased I did as it give a fantastic finish and depth to the colour. I suspect if you did not use the undercoat, you would need 3- coats of the colour and not the depth you need.My advice on such a dramatic look would be to esnure you do not clutter with too many other colours so I kept the skirting board the same and kept a soft grey for the ceiling. The colour looks great with small pops of bright colour especially yellows or plum. Absolutely love this colour!

Not as good as I thought it would be
I am an interior designer and have always loved Farrow and Ball colours. I have recently decorated my kitchen and was looking for a suitable colour for the walls for some time. I used a number of different tester pots (Dulux mostly) and they went on with ease and covered well with a good finish. I found the Stiffkey blue colour and it was just perfect. Having done a coat it is very patchy and didn't go on even close to as well as the other paints I have tried. Considering the paint cost twice as much as I would have paid buying from B and Q, I expected it to be twice as good and go on with ease. I love the colour and I couldn't have got that anywhere else, but I'm afraid that is my only positive.

Great coverage, cracking colour!
Used just two coats to cover bookshelves and lounge wall below a picture-rail (above was a matt white). Used combination of the matt (shelves) and estate emulsion (walls) and they are spot-on ( thought eggshell would be too much sheen). Very, very pleased but will probably give it the third coat anyway.....

Absolutely stunning blue
This is my first step into using an intense colour and the results are just amazing. I love this colour, it is sophisticated, beautiful and drop dead gorgeous. I've used this in the room in our house which is for TV but looks like a corridor. This colour has created an intimate beautiful space when paired with white and pale blue.

Lovely rich colour
I wasn't sure when I looked at this colour but I needn't have worried it is a beautiful and dark rich blue, exactly what I was looking for.

une belle profondeur de couleur mais à condition d'avoir utilisé en-dessous une sous-couche et de faire au moins 2 couches de peinture; par contre, à ces conditions, la peinture est remarquable!
