St Giles Blue

St Giles Blue 5 5 9 9
Review Good paint, covers well, very nice extra Matt finish. A little thicker than other f&b paints I've used, so a little harder to apply. November 24, 2014
Brilliant colour and a joy to use a bright highly pigmented blue ideal in a somewhat dingy kitchen. Applied with the recomended undercoat and two coats of emulsion the overall effect transformed the room into a room in the South of France or the Agean. Will definately use Farrow and Ball paint again a pure joy. Wonderful depth of colour This has gone in the bathroom where it contrasts beautifully with the much oiled antique pine floor. I found it a little tricky to get a good finish, ( first time using modern emulsion not estate emulsion which might be why) but it now looks great, and has received lots of compliments. Beautiful colour in apartment where everthing is neutral My husband picket this for his study in our apartment where every other wall was painted in greys and stones (all F&B). It is a beautiful almost Greek blue. He choose it from paint card and was so disappointed that it was not in the F&B outlet but I ordered in online and it arrived following day. Well worth it. Excellent quality. Despite me ordering the wrong colour the final result was excellent as we have come to expect from Farrow and Ball. Easy to apply with a great depth of colour. However I'm banned from ordering anything in future without it being checked by my partner. July 25, 2014
Outstanding, Knockout Colour! Farrow & Ball St. Giles Blue, the sunlight on the yellow of the Yarrow just radiates on to the fence. So beautiful. Almost tore out this old fence that was weathered and hidden in overgrowth for the past 10 years until we purchased this home last year. After seeing the new colours and inspiration for exterior, I picked St Giles Blue and it is a true winner! We did use the dark tones primer as suggested and the fence only required one coat of the primer and the colour but still produced the most amazing results. June 23, 2014
Very good product. We used exterior egg shell even though it was for a batthroom as the previous paints cracked. My wife liked the colour so much she says that when we decorate the next door bedroom, that is the colour she wants. February 14, 2014
Beautiful bright blue I have painted a chair in this colour. It looks great with Mole's Breath walls and accents in Yellowcake. A definite bright, warm blue. November 25, 2013
