Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is simple so that it’s fair to everyone. It’s also been designed to help you put together the best application that you can.

Step 1

Apply online. Search for a job which you feel best fits your experience and skills. Follow the online application where you’ll be prompted to complete a couple of questions. Once you’ve completed the questions, upload your CV and submit your application.

Step 2

We will review your application against the role you have applied for. If you are successful we will be in touch to arrange an interview. Your first interview may well be a telephone interview. You will be asked specific questions about your skills, experience and your aspirations. Dependent on the role you are applying for, we may also ask you to complete an online test at this stage.

Step 3

If you’ve applied for a job and don’t have the required skills, we’ll let you know that you haven’t been successful on this occasion.

If you don’t identify any suitable jobs to apply for, register your CV and we will keep your information on file for any future vacancies.

Step 4

This stage is normally a face to face interview. This interview will involve you learning a bit more about us and the role you have applied for, as well as a one to one interview. This will help us to assess the skills, experience and behaviours you could bring to Farrow & Ball and the job. At the interview we will ask you to bring along your passport, proof of address and National Insurance (NI) number. We need these for the referencing part of the process. For some roles you may be invited to attend a second face to face interview.

Step 5

Following your interview if you have been successful, we will offer you a job, usually by phone and then confirmed in writing. If you’re not successful we will let you know, and provide any feedback if you wish.
