“Pelt” It’s a bold, regal colour which represents strength, courage and leadership. As a company we want to lead not follow. We need people to push the boundaries of their roles, to take ownership and lead when others may not.


“Dorset Cream” Going for gold in everything we do. We want individuals and teams to act in a way they will be proud of, inspiring diligence, respect and support across the company. The Crème de la Crème, the cream of the crop.


“All White” because we want to be plain speaking, and have clear and open communication with our employees, customers and suppliers.
