Head of Manufacturing
Time at F&B: 20 years
Having worked for nearly 20 years at Farrow & Ball I can honestly say I am extremely proud of the company, its people and my role within it.
"My career has been rich and varied as I have progressed from a temp, to roles within production and quality and finally to a senior operations management role encompassing a broad range of responsibilities.
Whilst I believe you make your own luck my development has been supported by the business in the form of coaching, internal and external training.
Highlights have included being part of the ongoing growth and success of the brand, opportunities to travel with work overseas including trips to Japan and Los Angeles and being part of a team receiving the Queens Award for Export from the Queen at Buckingham Palace."
Wallpaper Lead Operator
Time at F&B: 3 years
"I joined Farrow & Ball as a Wallpaper Operative in April 2012 and was promoted to Wallpaper Lead Operator in October 2013. I came with a wealth of print production experience which I use every day in the production of our beautiful handcrafted Wallpapers.
What I like about working at Farrow & Ball is that the job allows me to be creative and use my skills. The quality of the end product is second to none and the role gives me job satisfaction. I am lucky to work with a good team of highly skilled operatives."
