We’ve been working with Manchester Art Gallery since 2011 when our Manchester showroom opened. This stunning gallery is a fantastic showcase of artworks from the English school. We created a bespoke paint colour, Rossetti Blue, for use in the Victorian Galleries. Other permanent galleries and the recently refurbished restaurant are also decorated using Farrow & Ball colours including: Pigeon, Mizzle, Shade White, Elephant’s Breath and new colour Stiffkey Blue.

Number 9 Hotel
Wimborne, UK


Located in nearby Wimborne, Number 9 is a beautiful Grade II listed building decorated throughout in Farrow & Ball. With rooms named after the colours used, this is a beautiful local showcase of our paints and wallpapers. Teresa’s Green, Bone, Ringwold, Versailles, Pelt and Silvergate have been used amongst other colours.

Harewood House

Farrow & Ball paints and wallpapers have been used in both the permanent rooms and temporary exhibitions at Harewood House. The home of the Earl and Countess of Harewood, this stunning 18th century estate is a fitting location for our products. Farrow & Ball colours and wallpapers have been used in the China Room, Stweard’s Room, Princess Mary’s Display Room and White staircase amongst others. Colours used include Clunch, Green Blue, Pointing as well as Uppark and Toile Trellis wallpapers.

The Peacock Restaurant

Farrow & Ball paints and wallpapers have been used in the striking renovation of this celebrated building.

Previously the Williams College Club the restaurant and private dining areas have been decorated with paints and papers including Crivelli Trellis, Brockhampton Star, Ranelagh and St Antoine.

Gardiner Museum

We are delighted to support the renovation of the European Porcelain Galleries at the Gardiner Museum in Toronto. Farrow & Ball colours, including Manor House Gray, Arsenic, Charlotte’s Locks, have been used alongside our Chromatic Stripe and St Antoine papers to transform the space, which showcases rare examples of Meissen, Sèvres and du Paquier.

The Wallace Collection

The Wallace Collection at Hertford House in London has used Studio Green as the back drop to its Gilded Interiors exhibition. This exhibition showcases gilt bronze artworks commissioned and owned by patrons and collectors, including historical figures like Marie-Antoinette and George 6th and designed by the leading craftsmen of the age.
